The 3MDG (Three Millennium Development Goal) Fund will help the Ministry of Health and Sports test Aids patients for tuberculosis.
The organisation donated two vehicles equipped with lab equipment in June to give healthcare to patients in prisons and remote places as well.
The manufacturers of the vehicles will train medical professionals in technical know-how. The vehicles are expected to be helpful in diagnosing and treating patients in remote areas.
TB patients, including those suffering from the drug-resistant strain, total around 150,000 every year, according to the ministry.
The disease is found mostly in people between the ages of 15 and 49.
